Nice bright sunny day in Long Valley NJ. Appearances can be very deceptive.

Yes nice and sunny, but early this morning it was 3 degrees F or if you prefer minus 16 Celsius. When I left the Gym the temperature had soared to a balmy minus 8 celsius.

Even the pain of Gold's Gym was more attractive..
