Just can't shake this cold

Not matter how I try I just can't shake this cold. I have this for about 4-6 weeks, can't really remember when it started but it seems I have had it forever. Just as I feel I am getting better, back it comes. blocked nose, sore throat and a cough that continuously keeps me awake at night. It is doing my head in.

I hear a lot of people have got it and they can't shake it either, the cold that is. Well winter hasn't really come yet, so perhaps a real cold spell may kill off a lot of the bugs around, so come on weather, lets have some cold and I mean real cold.
