Watermelon = Summer

One of my enduring childhood memories is of enjoying cold watermelon on a hot summer day. I knew that the school holidays and Christmas were on the way when we had a fridge full of watermelon.

Recreating that with my children is about remembering to pass on all of the good things that I had growing up.
