This is Dubai Offshore Sailing Club where Ben was having a sailing lesson this afternoon. Early night for me - up at 4.30 in the morning to join the Dubai Creek Striders on a 35km run around Dubai. This will be the last long run before tapering off for the marathon on 27 Jan.
