Sham on his home turf, Salford Quays

Sham - a character to say the least - lives in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester

Taken at dusk with the BBC offices behind him, this image sums up the turn around of the derilect docks that were at the heart of the once heavily industrial city. Just around the corner is the Lowry museum, full of pictures of matchstick men and women painted around here when the quays were still operational.
