Alice Beyond Wonderland

When we were in Prague over Christmas, we went to a rather bizarre show called Aspects of Alice, performed in one of the Black Light Theatres. Given my love of all things Alice, we just had to go. It traced Alice's life from child to woman. It was very clever and we enjoyed it very much but were a bit surprised by the nude scene near the end. Not least because there were a couple of small children in the theatre and there'd been no warning. No-one seemed to mind though.

In the foyer they were selling mementoes of the show. This is an Alice marionette that we just couldn't resist. She now hangs from my curio cabinet. Every time I look at her, I'm reminded of...Prague.
