After another stormy night, my walk to work involved picking my way through pavements and cars strewn with twigs and branches. Received a bag of free second-hand books courtesy of the thoughtful neighbour who filled our recycling wheelie bin with their unwanted rubbish. How did they know I was developing an interest in an introduction to medical pharmacology?
