White noise

Today as been the most mundane day in my life. I think that my day, today, should be part of the SAS training programme. It has been worse than listening to white noise. Maybe governments can use this day to torture people instead of waterboarding.

On a positive note I have now gone 4 days without alcohol, (especially after the over indulgence of drinking alcohol during Christmas and new year). Luckily my body isn't showing any symptoms of alcohol withdrawal yet.
