is it raining or is it not?

Stood at my office window and saw the raining coming in and drifting down the River Ness - I love the 'swoosh' of drenching rain as it sweeps across a landscape and can you see the stip of wintery sunshine hanging on in there in front of the theatre? The joy of Scottish weather :)
