What should I take?

Do you ever have this dilemma? I'm going on a landscape workshop tomorrow morning (an extremely early start) and I need to choose which lenses and which filters and whatever else I need to take. I want to take everything, but then I won't cope with the weight as I negotiate the slippery, windy coast of Northumberland.

I also wonder why the specialist camera backpacks don't leave much room for lunch, extra clothes etc.

Once I get there I will be fine.

I need to choose, or else I can't go to bed!!
