Excercise

This is my best Winnie t-shirt.... well ok it isnt, but he does come with me everytime I go off power walking with my neighbours.

We've started going for walks down to the coast and just doing a round trip, its not massively far but it means I get off my bum and walk.
lol excercise..... I hate it but need to do lots of it and its best with others not alone.
The ladies I walk with are taller than me and have longer strides so they only walk half as far as me!
I run along beside them. lol
