Deschutes River Crossing

I noticed something burning up on the canyon wall as I was about to cross the Deschutes River this morning.

Maybe something to do with the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs Saw Mill that is just on the other side of the bridge.

Another mystery to contemplate.
