First time fisherman

My seven year old son has been asking for a fishing rod for about a year now. Yesterday I took him to the shop and got him one and today we went fishing. His first time ever and my first time since I was not much older than he is now, so neither of us really knew what we were doing. Nevertheless, we caught a fish! OK, so it's a tiddler, but it's alright, we set it free.
