Literary musings

It was the news that a friend of mine had just published a book before Christmas Roman Camps in Scotland by Dr Rebecca Jones that caused me to glance at a shelf where there is a pile of books written by friends in recent years. Each has been kind enough to write a personal word on the fly leaf. It got me thinking that there are an awful lot more books out there by people I know and work with. I am seriously very lucky to lead the life I do.

Maybe I should get onto Amazon and build up the stock for retirement.

I haven't got Bec's book yet. I'm saving up!
