Plumber needs work!

This fellow arrived this morning, fixed the toilet, it had a gall stone in the feed valve. (Plumbing technical talk)! Above my head.
He then had a good look round, fixed a tile on the front porch and now he's painting.
Hope his rates aren't too extortionate............
