Brief message from me to Mr J via the kitchen blackboard. Cannot now recall what it was in response to. Could be any number of things :-)

Event of today was the delivery of our new wardrobe. At last we have some furniture for upstairs. Unfortunately it is still in two parts and not in the appropriate bedroom since the room it's meant to be in is still to be carpeted. It's ex-display and was in the 'buy it now we need rid of it' section of the shop. It only has a few minor scratches and a wobbly handle (already fixed) and was a bargain which could not be left. Hence wardrobe has arrived before carpet.
