Bad back...

So yesterday I woke up with a sore back and today it's horrendous!! Horrendous but funny at the same time... Back spasms at in appropriate moments give me the best giggle of all!!

So most of the day I've been flat on my back riding spasms and giggling!! I did get some of my Big Walkies work done :-)

So the last day of my hols and I've been in pain.... Lovely jubbly!!!

Now awaiting a lush dinner cooked by the younger bro (spaghetti and meatballs, yum yum!) which reminds me that I NEED to visit Restaurante Molise soon!!
