let them lie - three

8:30am, I was on the way to work in the car for a change. Was about to park up and then run a few miles to the office. Needless to say I couldn't take a photo while driving.

8:30pm and was out walking the dogs with my brother-in-law. Here's Daisy after the wee stroll in the dark.

Today was an odd mix. Struggled to get to sleep last night. Which isn't normal. Ever.

As a result, running was later and slower than anticipated. But three miles nonetheless.

Work was packed enough, some design ideas taking shape, some antiquated intranet explored. It's also looking like next week will be a barrel of busyness. But it will take care of itself.

Managed to run the same distance back to the car. Even slower than the morning version, but three more miles nonetheless.

A nice wee visit from some family rounded off with ice cream and all is well with the world.
