Screwed Up Guy!

I was working this morning & when I got home, I decided to straighten up my Bird Dining Station taking my camera with me.
When I saw these strange Fungi.
Anyone know what they are called?

Hope the birds will come down now with warmer weather today & also predicted for tomorrow :o)
