This has nothing to do with the picture above.

I'm 5' 10" and 150lbs. I think of myself as being 'medium', but large American department stores definitely label me as 'small'. Even then, the shirts are too short and too wide, but they are slightly less tent like.

The store I went to today had at least 1000 short sleeved, collared shirts. Of those, I think it is fair to say about 5% were size small. I almost went into the 'young men's' department.

I think there might be something slightly wrong with this country.
