Reflection at the Tidal Basin, Washington, DC

I drove into the city this morning in hopes of getting a nice sunrise photo behind the Washington Monument. By the time I found parking, the sun had already com up. So I settled for taking pictures at the Tidal Basin which has a dedicated parking lot. It was about 40 degrees this morning and there were very few people out. I had to walk quite a bit to get the reflection of the Jefferson Memorial (a good part of the Tidal Basin was frozen over).
