At Madwoman's Stones on Kinder Scout. The forecast was rubbish but the actuality was a gorgeous, sunny, fresh, breezy Christmas afternoon. In my favourite place. I reflected on the arctic conditions I endured up there on Christmas Day 2010. This one was better because I didn't need crampons.
