Something different

I very rarely take pictures of wildlife but I do love birds. I have tinnitus and the tweeting of birds acts as a sort of white-noise, masking the ringing in my ears.

I set up a feeder on the deck and it is full with sunbirds and canaries from early till late. The canaries makes such a mess that I added a pipe to the feeding spout so that only the sun birds can feed -- I feel a bit guilty as the canaries still come and try and feed, but it has reduced the craziness a bit.

The bird pictured looks to be a southern double-collared sunbird or a Greater double-collared sunbird.
