Took Daisy to watch the Great Edinburgh Cross Country races at Holyrood Park. This is the men's winner - Kenya's Asbel Kiprop - who didn't seem to break sweat as he completed the 3km course in 9 minutes 20 seconds. Daisy did her bit by clapping all the runners as they raced towards the finish line.

Almost made me want to go for a run. Almost.
