HELP...Anyone Read French?

On the 16th Dec 2011 I sent 2 sticks of memory back to PNY in France to get an replacement. Click Here...

Today I had the same Jiffy Bag returned with a sticker on it. Unfortunately I didn't pay any attention during my French Lessons.

Can anyone tell me what the PLI NON DISTRIBUTBLE sticker has written on it... And what it all means. I'm really annoyed as I printed all the details from an email PNY sent to me and posted at my own cost.
