We're throwing a family picnic at my house today, but I'm most likely going to miss all of it because of - surprise! - work. I might be able to see a few people when I get home, though, if they stay long enough. And at least there will be food left over. And the weather channel is calling for storms this afternoon, so who knows? I may get to go home early.

Tomorrow commences the road trip! I can't wait to get away from here for a couple days, eat at diners, camp in the beach, walk through the woods.
