Day 3 - Lunch

Poached Eggs on Toast
Total calories = 282

Lunched with friends today where I put in a special request for poached eggs on toast. Not something I can be bothered to cook myself, but lovely when my friend cooks them!

Today has felt a little hard going, mainly this afternoon with a big sugar drop. A lower calorie day than yesterday, but I have 70 calories not used up from yesterday, they're sat in the 'calorie bank' ... I may end up withdrawing them before the day is out. But that's ok. That's not failure. Failure would be if I charged to the shop and bought something full of empty calories just to give me my sugar fix!
