Wheelmas

After Christmas, a new government sanctioned public holiday has been named 'Wheelmas'.
On this day, the first Saturday after New Year, all folk with new wheels must sally forth and ride with pride.
Help, support, and bandages are to be offered to those in need, and whoops of encouragement echo in the ears of successful newbies.
