Ceps

Mushroom hunting began today in earnest, this is the first and most important French thing to do when on holidays. And we are ever so pleased with our prizes - a bag full of ceps. Gorgeous. So began the process of drying and preserving. Much fun.
Jean Claude and the beautiful Sue came for dinner - a meal entirely comprising ceps, of course. And some nice French wine. Tres. Bien. That's French for nomnomnom.
