Hello John & Mary Coyne,
Here is the report for weekly from Lusangazi Farm.

ACTIVITIES WHICH THE HAVE DONE
> Watering in green houses.
> Weeding in plots.
> Tilling in plots.
> Clearing the surrounding the farm.
> Making ridges for sweet potatoes.
> Sowing Boliccoli,Turnips,Pasnip & Lettuce.
> Slashing the drains.
> Counting planted & unplanted trees.
> Sowing sunhemps.

ON REMARKS
> The work is going on well however we are facing one problem of weeding due to rainfull. We are doing all the best to control all weeds.

PLANS
> We are requesting for working boots because in the plots there is alot of bush (velvet beans have creeped the plots) & alot of green snakes.



FARM FUND REPORT.
> End November 2011, they had K9000 saved
> End December 2011, they had K9000 + K2500 each, this money was dedicated from the present the have on christmas time.
> Each one was been dedicated K2500 to go to farm fund.
Total farm fund is K42100
> The other K2500 was been given to everyone as bonus.


CITRUSES WAS BEEN CALCULATED LIKE THIS ON THE FARM
> Oranges we have 2059 citruses trees.
> Tangerines we have 427 citreses trees.
> Grapes we have 1110 citreses trees.
> Guava red we have 480
> Avocado we have 240
> Lemons we have 2090
> Apples we have 424
> Mangoes we have 135

PLANTED ARE
> Oranges 630
> Tangerines 264
planted at Factory in Luwinga.
> Mangoes 58 planted at Lusangazi farm.
> Sold 20 citruses.
> Given as gift to people 52 of them.
> We discuss that we should come up with 10,000 citruses this year. like Mangoes,Tangerines,Grapes,Guava red,Avocado,Lemons and Apples. we agreed that each should bring seed for all method above.
> It was great meeting we had in Lusangazi farm today.
