Marathon Miles

Another milestone is reached in my training plan for this years Marathon. I'm starting to feel more optimistic as I am slowly but surely getting quicker on the longer runs and feeling more comfortable.

My target is 4 hours, well 3:59:59 or under actually. I think I can get to 20 miles on target but the last 6......well we'll have to see.
