Robin

We had a dusting of snow overnight.

We awoke to find we were socked in completely.

A robin in our back yard tree made a lovely spot of color in the near white out.

It brought a touch of spring to an otherwise wintry morning.

The sun came out later to melt all the snow except for in the deep shadows.

We continue to enjoy the mildest winter Kathy and I have experienced in 21 years.
