Fetch!

It was such an amazing day today! It was in the mid 60's, about 30 degrees warmer than usual for January here in New England!

I worked in the morning, then we went for a little hike on a new trail near us, then headed down to the ocean! We walked the beach, collecting shells and skimming stones.

This dog and his 'stick' made everyone on the beach laugh. He would carry this big piece of driftwood for a little bit, then had to drop it because of its weight. He would then roll it with its nose down to the water, rinse it off and then pick it up again and continue on his way. He did this for about a half hour straight, up and down the beach. If I didn't see it for myself, I would have a hard time believing that he carried something this big, and that he didn't want any sand on it when he did!

We topped off the night with dinner at a local restaurant. Tomorrow is supposed to be another beautiful day, although just a little bit cooler!
