New Growth

A very dreich day here today.

Not doing much today. Think we realise that as school starts again tomorrow we will be back in the old routine. Not looking forward to that.

As there was nothing happening I had a little wander in the garden looking for something to photograph. There are signs of new growth everywhere. I always find this uplifting after Christmas. Although I know it will be a while until spring, the new growth makes me feel it is just around the corner.

Hubby cooking a roast with delicious smells filling the house. Daughter doing a little revision and I'm about to do a little sewing.
