Emerging

A planned walk on the Downs today was postponed due to Son of Mine injuring a toe just before lunch... there was no way I was going to get him into his walking boots today!

So I popped out into the garden to find the tips of the daffodils emerging at the foot of the oak tree... blipped.

Then the camera battery ran out... just as I rounded the corner to see the west-facing bank of daffodils, tucked behind Husband of Mine's shed office, standing a foot high, just ready to come into flower!
