I need to exercise more.

Detail of one of my kettlebells (for weight training) for the latest 2012 challenge, Exercise.
Had to bugger about with the lights, the curtains, the blinds, a couple of candles and even the TV to get the right feel to this.
It's as miserably grey as a miserably grey thing outside.
(Let's not dwell on the football today.)
