Many a long run to come

This photo very nearly didn't get used.
Tragedy struck Freckleton lsast night when a 19 year old man and 3 of his siblings (all under 5) died in a house fire in the village. A photo of the media circus that envelopes all tragedies might have been better from a photographic view.
But I'm trying to keep this blog as positive as I can, so this is of Lytham YMCA.
We meet regularly here for long training runs for marathons. This morning 5 of us set off. 4 completed 11 miles. I settled for 6.5 miles. Rater tired after yesterday's exploits.
So while I didn't run 11 miles today, I did manage 32 miles running this week, and a further 6 on the bike
