It's only been four days, but, due to my lack of cheating, having a sly puff or surrounding myself with smokers, this has been my most successful stopping smoking experience so far.

A heavier than average smoker for over 2o years i'm determined to keep off the fags forever and stopping before my 40th birthday seemed to be the perfect insentive (along with the cost, the health issue, the nagging from my children and the constantly having to go outside to satisfy my craving).

These bad boys are helping me on my quest!
