Saturday: China Town

Took a little drive around Liverpool city centre this morning.  It may not have the largest China Town in the UK, I think that may be London, but it certainly has the oldest.  It is an area full of character and feels full of history.

We had an unexpected bonus on this trip by being able to swing by our friends, Bev and Frank, who live in Manchester, and spend a great evening with them.  We had been anxious about being able to get together before we leave for foreign parts so it worked out beautifully at relatively short notice.
