Christmas Eve, hectic!

It all goes off on the 24th, so today was manic. Especially as we had to do some last minute shopping. The afternoon we spent wrapping presents and making a Yule log (beautiful!), then it was off to a birthday party with a live band (Baginato) which was fantastic, everyone dancing around and having a great time.

Then it was back home to prepare the evening meal which we finally sat down to at 11.30. It was ajiaco and it was lush :-P We also had lechona (roast pork) which is traditional and equally yummy.

As 12.00am approached so did my destiny with a red suit and a dodgy white beard....
