The late, great tit!

Only late because there was only just enough light left for this grainy capture!

I've been preparing today for going into hospital on Tuesday for an operation. From a blip point of view, the timing is awful because I am only 5 blips away from my blip birthday, having managed one every day. Tomorrow will be my last for a little while, but I have a cunning plan with a backup. I'm leaving my compact camera with Pete and leaving the trail cam set up in the garden, so I can at least back-blip when I'm back at home. The resulting blips may be blurs, but at least there will be something! I mean from the trail cam, of course ;-)

Tomorrow, I'm leading a walk of the Get Walking, Keep Walking volunteers around my beloved valley. The fresh air, exercise and good company will be just what I need and will take my mind off the forthcoming events.
