Bassa

Today was one of those lovely sunny days where for a couple of hours in the early afternoon it was warm enough to sit in the garden and read. As I was going back into the house I noticed how brilliant the reflections were in the bassa ( the tank that collects all the rainwater that sheds from the house.

The fish had been slightly neglected over the holidays but do well enough on their diet of mosquito larvae and other small insects but deserved a treat of fish flakes.

The walls of the house, the trees and the blue of the sky combined to give a pleasing backdrop and a fancy of flying fish.
