Living in a different reality

Finished my we-end shift and took quickly this pic at the end of the day. Elderly people , especially the women , like to have pets in the form of bears and cloth animals. They see it as their children as they are living in another reality. Sometimes they give them food. It makes me always week when i see them busy. This particular lady has always had a child wish but didn't get any. It gave her some overal sadness in life. I think almost every woman has a child wish , it is the main character of feminity (giving birth to life). Now she has a bear and gave her a name, as she wanted to give to the missing child. We also tread her pet as it is a child. So yes we have to share their reality .
