Corcovado

It was hard to know which photo to upload today as I took a lot! I finally settled on this view of Cristo Redentor. I love how when you walk around the city there are so many places where if you look up you can see his arms outstretched over you.
I've been working in Brazil for two and a half years now but this was the first time i've brought my slr and also potentially my last day ever in Rio as I will be starting a new job next month. So a good day has been spent running around the whole city. 10 miles or so in flipflops has left me blistered and tired but happy. If you want to see more go here;
