This is a weed - it's a baby Oak Tree

Seriously, oak trees in our garden are a weed. Tons of acorns from the existing tree and two months later (grass doesn't grow much) and there are tons of these things around.

This chap might get dug out soon and replanted at another house though. He's a little too close to the house for my liking, and i've tried chopping him down once already.
