Ukrainian Village

I'm in love with Ukrainian Village. I've been to the neighborhood a handful of times in the past, but I never got to explore it in its entirety until today. Now I really want to live there. I've been in the suburbs for about 6 weeks and I'm already itching to get out of here and back into Chicago. Nothing against my dad; it's just that I'm a hardcore city dweller, it seems.

Laura and I walked past this garden and decided to photograph it. I felt kind of stalkerish photographing the guy in the picture, but he was really nice about it. He asked about blip, and Laura gave him her card. Let's hope we'll have a new member soon!

I just lost someone very important in my life. I can't begin to describe how sad and empty I feel right now. I'm not going to share details, sorry.
