Home made profiteroles
Since Toots was a toddler, I've done the odd spot of baking. Mainly cupcakes with the occasional chocolate brownie.
So this Christmas I thought I would try something a bit different. Profiteroles. They seemed to be quite easy from the recipe. But then I am a cook not a baker so anything could go wrong.
I was pleasantly surprised by what came out of the oven, so I whipped the cream with some Amaretto as a celebration. Tremendous.
