A bit of a domestic goddess...

Had a nice long lie in (actually longer than I had intended, but sleep is good for you).

A bit of a tidy up and then quite a lot of time spent making and baking. The pie is loooooovely, and as it's huge, we have leftovers for tomorrow.

As for the Victoria Sandwich...well I've not sampled that yet. I omitted to include the tablespoon of milk required in the recipe -ooops!
