Spritz turned Thumbprints

I had mentioned these wee yummy cookies a couple of days ago when the cookie press I was using literally blew up! in my hands. Necessity, being the Mother of Invention, caused me to pause briefly, before deciding to turn my misfortune into a converted tasty treat!

I rolled the dough into tiny balls, then carefully stuck my thumb into each morsel. I added just a touch of imported (from Italy) Blueberry Preserves, and voila! Oh my....these little buggers are so tasty!
