Blooming Homework ...

This is Big Daughter with her head in her hands... which sums up homework for her. She has dyslexia so it's hard work for her. So we managed the maths (although it made no sense to her), wrote about a postcard (between us) and then looked at her spellings. This is a child who can't spell, her lovely dyslexic brain just does not compute spellings. There are so many ways to write a word why just have one way?

Here they are with her first go at spelling them herself. See if they make sense:

The clue is they are all to do with Australia. I can see that the teacher is doing relevant spelling but really - they are clearly not at her level!
